Himalaya Prostacare Review

Himalaya Prostacare Review for Prostate

What is Himalaya Prostacare?

Based on traditional Ayurveda medicine – the traditional Hindu system of medicine – Himalaya Prostacare is a herbal remedy that was specially designed to support normal prostate health and urination. It does not contain saw palmetto, an ingredient found in almost all other prostate health supplements we have reviewed.

It has been formulated to support normal immune efforts in the urinary canal,  reducing the risk of bacterial infections and promoting general urinary tract health.

It is vegan-friendly and free from additives and gluten, soy, wheat and corn.

Ingredients

Proprietary herbal blend,590mg per serving, containing:

Tribulus fruit improves kidney function, thus aiding urination. It can also improve the libido and may help with erectile problems;

Bonduc seed works to sooth the inflammation in the prostate gland that results in their enlargement.

Betelnut is a digestive aid and also helps to aid urination.

Shatavari root is said to help strengthen the issues in the genital region while its anti-inflammatory properties are believed to help clear blocked prostate ducts, thus improving urine flow.

Three-leaf caper bark contains lupenol, an ingredient that is said to support general prostate health.

Other ingredients:

Plant-based cellulose (capsule). Inert material from the same plants that provide the active ingredients is used in the manufacturing of the caplets.

Dosage

Take 2 capsules twice daily with meals.

This indicates that you should take 4 capsules a day but there are only 60 capsules in a container which is supposed to be a one-month supply, according to information provided on the manufacturer’s website. This appears to indicate that the correct serving size is just 2 capsules daily.

However, other retailers provide Himalaya Prostacare in containers of 240 capsules, which is said to be the equivalent of 120 servings. Again, it is not clear whether one should take one or two of these servings (2 capsules) daily.

What is the Cost?

The manufacturer sells a 60-capsule container for $27.95 on its website.

However, it was possible to purchase a container of 240 capsules for $36.95 from other online retailers, so do shop around.

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

The manufacturer’s website made no mention of a guarantee or any returns policy. If you purchase the product from another online retailer, be sure to check their returns policy.

Our Final Review of Himalaya Prostacare

Himalaya Prostacare is an all-natural herbal product that is designed to promote prostate and urinary tract health in adult men.

It is manufactured in a facility that is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified and was researched and developed in a GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GCP (Good Clinical Practices) certified facility. It is vegan-friendly and can be taken by anyone with a gluten, wheat or soy allergy. However, it is not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.

Unlike many other prostate health supplements on the market, this product does not appear to contain any ingredient that actually reduces the swelling of an enlarged prostate gland, such as saw palmetto. All the manufacturers claim for it is that it will help you to empty your bladder, and thus cut down on frequent trips to the bathroom. This may, or may not, be sufficient for anyone suffering from Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), the non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate condition that causes most of the prostate problems men suffer as they get older.
