We found this product to be an okay product. It is available for a relatively cheap price and is soy free. We are concerned, however, that after we looked a little further into the product we found that the melatonin is synthetically sourced. There are many products available that are 100% all natural and that offer more support for a wider range of symptoms of menopause. We like that this product comes with two tablets that are specifically geared for day and night time symptoms, however, many all natural products offer a single tablet that you can take that will cover nearly all symptoms of menopause and if you take this product alone you will most likely need an additional product to get relief from all of your symptoms of menopause.
