There seems to be limited information and research on how exactly the product works. When on the Nocturest website, the “how it works” link seems to be broken which is the most important part of knowing how the product does what it claims to do. We also found that there are no testimonials on the actual website. When doing a bit of research, we found a variety of negative customer reviews all with similar complaints, the bad taste, its price and causing the opposite results by keeping customers wide awake. The limited information of daily values within each ingredient and lower melatonin content is a cause for concern on the quality and effectiveness of this product.
